    Cerinte

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Prior experience in HR (preferably recruitment or HR personnel administration) or another
    relevant role
    • Knowledge of agribusiness market is an advantage
    • Ability to liaise with people and initiate relationship building
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven teamwork orientation towards the other departments in the company
    • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Confidentiality of data
    • English language at working level
    • Romanian native
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Travel availability in Romania and in the other countries of Central Europe - approx. 50%
    of time




    Responsabilitati

    Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
    • Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
    • Support documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
    • Support employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving
    • Communicate with authorities when needed
    • Oversee employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance
    • Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database
    • Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes
    • Plan onboarding activities and perform new employees orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
    • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee
    Relationship
    • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
    • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements
    • Arrange seminars, workshops, and conferences based on each department’s needs
    • Support procurement process for HR services as per company guidelines
