    General Information:

    In our "HR IT Solutions" area, the "HCM Core Solutions" team plays an important role by providing tools and solutions as well as core employee data to fulfill various needs for our HR department.

    To strengthen this team, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central for our HCM Core Solutions.

    The position is located in the organizational unit EAS HR IT Solutions.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.

    • Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.

    • Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SuccessFactors EC and its integrations, and support the business in defining requirements.

    • Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.

    • Support daily operations related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring seamless system functionality.

    • Resolve incident tickets and service requests; coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.

    • Modify and maintain the integration between SAP HCM (PT/PY) and SuccessFactors EC, including BIB (Business Integration Builder) and related BADI (Business Add-In).

    • Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to understand and implement requirements effectively.

    • Ensure continuous system availability and performance.

    • Participate in scrum tasks such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

    • Several years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is advantageous.

    • Proven experience in managing projects, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors EC.

    • Experience with integration between SAP HCM (PT/PY) and SuccessFactors EC, including familiarity with BIB.

    • Proficient with relevant interface technologies and middleware solutions.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; German beneficial but not mandatory.

    • Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.

    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.

    • Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
