    General Information:

    In our "HR IT Solutions" area, the "Payroll/Time Solutions" team plays an important role by providing tools and solutions that support effective payroll processing and time management across our HR department globally. To enhance this team, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced team member as Expert for the German Payroll.

    Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and process payroll operations in compliance with German regulations and standards as well as German general/works council agreements.
    • Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries, taxes, and social contributions.
    • Provide expert guidance on German payroll matters to clients and internal teams.
    • Keep abreast of changes in payroll legislation and ensure system compliance.
    • Collaborate with the HR Systems team and the business to optimize payroll systems and processes.
    • Manage projects for German Payroll by taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
    • Assist in projects and rollouts as an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the German Payroll and support the business in defining requirements.

    Your Qualifications:
    • Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
    • Several years of experience in managing payroll processes within Germany.
    • Capability to read and understand German Law texts and work council agreements which are only available in German language.
    • Fundamental knowledge of German labor laws, tax regulations, and social security systems.
    • Several years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll; SAP Time Management and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation are beneficial.
    • Several years of experience in implementation of digitization projects are very beneficial.
    • Programming skills in ABAP/ABAP OO is a plus.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA beneficial.
    • Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
