    GENERAL INFORMATION

    We are looking for a highly skilled HR Process Optimization and Design Specialist to join our team, focusing on HR processes and improvments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data quality initiatives and managing the HR process optimization.

    Your Key Responsibilities
    • Harmonization and analysis of existing global HR processes to identify potential for improvement;
    • Co-design of efficient global HR processes to increase productivity and employee satisfaction;
    • Documentation and standardization of global HR processes;
    • Close cooperation with the HR Process Owners, the HR regional contacts and other internal departments;
    • Providing support and advice on HR processes and policies;
    • Supporting the implementation of global HR processes (e.g. as part of a global digitalization program);
    • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines in HR processes;
    • Researching and implementing best practices in HR management and process optimization.
    Your Qualifications
    • Completed studies in the field of economics, psychology, education or comparable (preferably with a focus on human resources management);
    • Professional experience in the field of process design and project management within administrative areas;
    • Experience in HR Management is an advantage;
    • Very good written and spoken English skills;
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills;
    • Team spirit and good organizational skills;
    • Openness to new technologies/applications and digital solutions.
