Internship - Accounting

What you will do as a Internship Accounting:

• Assist in organizing and maintaining documents, invoices, and records in chronological and alphabetical order;
• Support SAP transactions for invoice approval, including electronic signature (Esigns) coordination;
• Contribute to the transfer of archived documents to an external repository (SDA);
• Assist in preparing and sending documents to ANAF or suppliers as required;
• Responsible for purchasing offices materials.

What you will need to succeed:

• On going University degree in the field of: Finance/ Business Administration;
• Able to work a 6 or 8 hour program;
• English knowledge - advanced (written and spoken);
• MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
