Our business partner, one of the largest integrators for national and European critical infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic IT Business Analyst.

In this role, you'll translate complex business needs into actionable IT strategies, ensuring successful project outcomes and streamlined operations.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Bucharest (near Grozavesti).


Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in software solutions business analysis, including modeling and implementation.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with Java applications and Oracle databases (preferred).
Familiarity with established software development standards and methodologies.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical language.
Language Skills: English: Advanced proficiency.

Professional Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong planning and prioritization abilities to meet project deadlines.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem resolution.
High level of professional and ethical integrity.

Translate Business Needs: Analyze client business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications.
Documentation Development: Create comprehensive technical and business documentation to support the development and implementation of software solutions.
Solution Alignment: Ensure that all technical solutions align with client objectives and effectively address business challenges.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, conduct functional testing, and perform acceptance tests to validate new features before production.
Requirement Gathering: Collect, detail, and document user requirements in a format that is accessible and actionable for development teams.
Process Optimization: Evaluate current operational processes and propose strategies for workflow enhancements and optimization.
Review & Update: Continuously review analysis documentation and update work procedures to reflect evolving project needs.
Project Monitoring: Oversee deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are completed within set deadlines.
