Who You Are

You’ve planned and coordinated events before—bonus points if they were high-end or fundraising-related.
Experience in luxury event planning? Even better!
You’re a strong communicator who can negotiate like a pro.
You’re results-driven, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple projects effortlessly.
You understand event marketing and promotions inside and out.
You’ve got leadership skills and can keep a team motivated.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Open to travel whenever needed.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Plan and coordinate luxury events from start to finish, keeping everything on-brand and on-budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to deliver seamless, top-tier experiences.
Handle all the behind-the-scenes magic—supplier selection, logistics, communication, and more.
Lead fundraising efforts, securing sponsors and donors to make sure every event exceeds expectations.
Develop creative marketing and promotion strategies to attract new participants.
Track event performance, analyze results, and find ways to make future events even better.
Manage event budgets and ensure financial transparency in fundraising activities.
