    Role Description:

    • LSEG is undertaking an ambitious programme to digitise our enterprise Global Business Services on the ServiceNow platform. We are transforming our existing ServiceNow product families (ITSM, HRSD, ITBM) and internally developed platform applications, and digitising other enterprise workflows onto the Enterprise Service Management Platform (ServiceNow).

    Tech Profile/Essential Skills:

    • Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on involvement in ServiceNow implementations and custom application development.
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, and related modules.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions for complex business requirements.
    • Solid project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently.
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, collaborators, and team members.

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Have a degree in a computer science, engineering, or similar technical field - A good relevant degree is desirable, but experience and the right approach to work are just as important..
    • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are a plus.
    • Experience in other IT Service Management tools or enterprise platforms will be advantageous.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    Architecture and Solution Design:

    • Design and architect end-to-end solutions based on business requirements.
    • Create technical specifications, integration points, and data mapping documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

    Experience and Project Management:

    • Successfully deliver ServiceNow projects in a lead role.
    • Collaborate with project managers and team members to manage project timelines.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

    Custom Applications Development:

    • Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Implement enhancements to existing applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom applications.
