    Requirements

    Certification based on the SSM course - 80 hours;
    Professional experience in Health and Safety (SSM) / Emergency Situations (SU);
    PC operating skills – Office suite;
    Legislative knowledge regarding environmental protection;
    Decision-making ability and taking responsibility;
    Analysis, synthesis, organization, and planning capacity;
    Very good interpersonal communication skills;
    Category B driving license & availability for travel to construction sites.

    Responsibilities

    Assessing risks related to the security and health of employees and developing a prevention and protection plan and instructions based on the specific activities carried out.
    Developing specific instructions for applying occupational health and safety regulations according to the peculiarities of work processes within the organization.
    Checking how current legislative regulations and norms regarding fire risk prevention, employee health protection, and environmental protection are applied.
    Maintaining contact with the RSVTI operator to facilitate the initial and periodic training of equipment operators.
    Complying with and applying current legislation on occupational health and safety, general and specific standards, and regulations specific to the field of activity.
