Requirements
We are looking for:
· German and English (C1);
· Basic IT skills;
· Technical education or professional experience in the IT area, ideally experience in the support area and/or DevOps; motivation and interest in technology are important;
· Any experience with programming languages (ie Java/Javascript/APEX) is a plus
· Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous;
· Professional way of communication, ability to work in a team;
· Quick comprehension, independent and conscientious work.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Depending on your previous knowledge, experience, and the success of your training, you can take on various tasks in our team, including tasks in the area of process design, handling customer inquiries, configuration changes, problem-solving, and the development of new functionalities.
· Working in virtual teams on international projects and customers;
· Coordinating and implementing requests with the customer and internal experts;
· Develop as a team lead.

What we offer:

How to start:
· The first months would be a mixture of self-study and together with colleagues to work on technical basis knowledge (e.g. SQL, Scripting, etc.) and the training and preparation for the Salesforce Admin certification.
· After successful certification, start to work on client requests together with colleagues (shadowing, reverse-shadowing);
· Be on-site once a month at the team in Graz (Austria).
