Requirements

A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Cybersecurity
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, or IT infrastructure management
Strong experience with Windows servers administration
Expertise in network security, Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS
Experience managing AD, AAD/Azure, IAM
Experience with security tools such as SIEM, DLP, vulnerability scanners and penetration testing
Proficiency in Azure cloud security and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Familiarity with Cybersecurity compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS, CIS, etc.)
Good knowledge of English
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
The willingness to learn something new

Responsibilities

Management of the existing security solutions (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, etc.)
Secure on-premises and cloud environments (Azure) against cyber threats
Implement security policies, access controls, and encryption measures
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers
Monitor and optimize server performance, backups, and disaster recovery plans
Investigate and resolve security incidents
Ensure compliance with internal and external security frameworks
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments
Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts for potential threats
Participate in IT Risk assessments
Respect the Firm’s standards and guidelines
