    oResponsible and accountable for leading the Financial Controlling Team 
    oAccountable for coordination of external audit activities 
    oSupport the design and implementation of overall finance transformation initiatives
    oAccountable for financial controlling of all financial figures and non-financial information on a Cluster and Group level, including ensuring that all figures are substantiated 
    oAccountable for ensuring financial controlling support to the accounting team in respect to month-end closing and reporting
    oAccountable for preparing all information for financial statements to managed service provider
    oAccountable for controlling and verifying compliance with policies and procedures relating to finance processes
    oAccountable for ensuring financial controlling support to the accounting team on accounting treatment of transactions
    oOversee the day-to-day activities and efficiency of all financial controllers in the team
    oContributes to a working environment and culture which drives the desired mindset of all financial controlling team members
    oReports to Finance key operational KPIs on a periodic basis 
    oAdopts world class trends, and best practices in financial controlling with the goal of ultimately driving cost reduction and quality enhancement
    oSupport the RTR GPO with continually enhancing quality and reducing cost by streamlining processes, procedures, and automation
    oSupports other General Ledger staff as well as financial controlling team members in resolving issues raised by them
    oDefines performance goals at the start of the year in coordination with the head of F&A delivery
    oMonitors work quality and escalate any operational issues in a timely manner
    oKeeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
    oMaster's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
    o5-7 years of experience in a financial controlling or accounting position with ability to manage stakeholders and employees in an international context
    oPreferably some knowledge of IFRS
    oStrong understanding of Finance Accounting, Controlling processes
    oExperience with Finance / Accounting ERP systems
    oGood planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work and to generate alternatives and solutions
    oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach toward business issues
    oKnowledge and understanding of financial and business management principles with the ability to communicate and prioritize business requirements
    oExcellent communication and conflict resolution skills 
    oMust be highly skilled in MS Office 
    oFluent English language skills at a business level
