    Objectives of this role
    • Monitor supply chains and shipments
    • Engage in regular communication with internal operational departments, suppliers and clients
    • Maintain accurate and consistent records
    • Address errors to promote client satisfaction
    • Manage inventory databases

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate timely and accurate shipments
    • Verify materials according to the packing lists and purchase orders, ensuring of quantity and quality.
    • Register goods in the internal system (In/Out) and physically file transport documents.
    • Notify relevant parties about the arrival/departure of items
    • Track project-specific stock levels and maintain communication with suppliers and clients about shipments.
    • Handle issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged products, and returns.
    • Conduct inventory checks for the warehouse.
    • Organize deliveries to clients internally, Intra end Extra-Community
    • Arrange transportation with couriers (e.g., Fan Courier, TNT) or freight forwarding companies.
    • Request quotation, confirm transport costs within the project budget, and communicate transport cost for issuance of IPR/PO.
    • Register transport costs per cost centers.
    • Prepare and ensure accuracy of necessary shipping documents (waybill, packing list, hand over protocol), verify dimensions and weights, communicate pickup/drop-off locations and contact persons for transport providers.
    • Track shipment status, confirm receipt with the destination, and inform relevant internal parties
    • Register transport in Romania’s e-Transport system, obtain UIT codes and/or registration of customs representatives in UMG Trader - Customs.ro if required.
    • Prepare import/export documents (shipping invoice, packing list, self-assessment form, receipt of customs formalities costs, import/export customs declarations, obtaining Certificates of Origin etc.).
    • Inform the procurement department of goods receipt for MIGO/GR processing of the purchase orders.
    • Compile and submit monthly packaging reports from imports to the Finance department.

    • Knowledge of Incoterms transport conditions, customs regimes, use of e-Transport platform
    • Familiarity with best practices in supply chain management
    • Ability to use data in making logistics more efficient

    • Capacity to multitask
