    Cerinte

    Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment;
    Completed higher education;
    English language proficiency – minimum B2 level;
    Valid driving license – category B;
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience working with HR-related systems/databases;
    Willingness to travel.

    Responsabilitati

    Recruiting and selecting employees for all the locations in Romania (Sebes, Brasov, Constanta, Bucharest, Arad, Falticeni);
    Designing and posting job advertisements based on discussions with department managers;
    Participating actively in interviews and candidate selection;
    Managing and updating the candidate database on a regular basis;
    Presenting salary offers to selected candidates;
    Scheduling selected candidates for occupational health checks and contract signing;
    Monitoring the local labor market;
    Preparing monthly reports on vacant and filled positions, as well as other requested reports;
    Attending job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities;
    Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
