Requirements

Role overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven individual to join our Risk team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for sports betting and a deep interest in statistical analysis.

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue for our partners, using sophisticated models to make critical business decisions from the start of your career with us.

Responsibilities

As a Sports Trading Analyst, your day-to-day will look like:

High Risk Bet Acceptance: Ensure accurate and efficient decisions upon high-risk bet referrals by adhering to procedural guidelines.

Behavioral Analysis: Use advanced metrics and reporting tools to study customer betting behaviors and predict future trends and client value.

Revenue Optimization: Analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance revenue across online and retail sports betting platforms.

Performance Insights: Assess partner financial performance to deliver actionable insights and recommend strategies for improved trading outcomes.

Project Contributions: Lead or participate in initiatives to improve tools, processes, and operational guidelines.

You’ll be a great fit for the role if you have:

A strong interest in sports and sports betting.
A high level of numerical and analytical skills, with understanding of probability theory.
Proficiency in data analysis to drive business decisions.
Ability to make critical decisions with confidence, balancing speed and accuracy to manage risk.
A positive attitude toward learning new skills.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Willingness to work shifts overnight, evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays.
