Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are seeking an autonomous, meticulous and organized Project Manager to manage clients accounts, their projects and customer services with the trust authentication(TA) solution.

The TA solution is a multi use cases, multi device solution to authenticate on multiple use cases.

As a projet manager, you’ll have direct contact with several clients, you’ll manage their specific modern projects and you’ll be in charge of all customer services actions, from analysis to billing, through a lot of communication.



Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

You guarantee Worldline's services to the client within the framework of project activities and in the execution of the contract (Run service).
You have an overall functional knowledge of the product and rely on the Product Owners to deepen customer requests.
You have a perfect understanding of the contract: the service agreement, the financial elements, the reversibility conditions, the QAP, etc.
You supervise and defend the quality of services provided by Worldline teams (product QoS, customer acceptance support, production, etc.).
You onboard projects with clients : new functionalities, prospect, product configuration...until delivery
You are in charge of client communication, billing and SLAs each month
