    - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales)
    - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM
    - Strong verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills
    - Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
    - Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
    - Fluent in English, Italian would be a huge plus

    Responsibilities

    - Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails and generating new qualified business opportunities for the company
    - Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
    - Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
    - Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
    - Set appointments and follow up on leads
    - Understand customer needs and requirements
    - Perform effective online demos to prospects
    - Track progress towards meeting goals and report to Managers
    - Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies for reaching targets
    - Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry development
