Job Description

Do you enjoy supporting people and processes behind the scenes?
We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Responsible to help us keep things running smoothly - from recruitment and onboarding to employee documentation and collaboration with external partners. Come grow with us!

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities in line with internal policies;
• Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, addendums, and contract terminations;
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records - both physical and digital;
• Keep the HR system up to date with personal data, contract changes, and working time updates;
• Ensure timely submission of required documents to local authorities, according to legislation;
• Oversee the external workforce database and working time, while maintaining strong partnerships with staffing agencies;
• Monitor the onboarding journey for new colleagues and support communication with other departments regarding employee evaluations and development processes

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

• Solid knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
• Experience in recruitment or exposure to HR projects;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong time management and priority-setting skills;
• A proactive mindset and a customer-oriented approach
