Job Description
Do you enjoy supporting people and processes behind the scenes?
We're looking for a Senior People & Culture Responsible to help us keep things running smoothly - from recruitment and onboarding to employee documentation and collaboration with external partners. Come grow with us!
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities in line with internal policies;
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, addendums, and contract terminations;
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records - both physical and digital;
- Keep the HR system up to date with personal data, contract changes, and working time updates;
- Ensure timely submission of required documents to local authorities, according to legislation;
- Oversee the external workforce database and working time, while maintaining strong partnerships with staffing agencies;
- Monitor the onboarding journey for new colleagues and support communication with other departments regarding employee evaluations and development processes
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Solid knowledge of Romanian labor legislation;
- Experience in recruitment or exposure to HR projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong time management and priority-setting skills;
- A proactive mindset and a customer-oriented approach
