    Requirements

    For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for a Plant HR Manager located in Oradea.

    • Strong technical foundation and knowledge of core HR processes and relevant tools – legislation, talent processes, recruitment and onboarding, training, and talent development
    • Fluent English
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, Power Point
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Strong business partnering mindset and business acumen
    • Ability and will to work operationally on HR topics
    • High level of self-organization, result orientation, follow-up
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills
    • Understanding of industrial organizations and the HR processes relevant for these organizations
    • Leadership skills, high level of accountability and autonomy, ability to lead and take ownership of HR topics in responsibility

    Responsibilities

    • Manpower planning and staffing – will work with the business to ensure a manpower plan and organization aligned with the business objectives, will oversee the delivering of this organization – hiring and collaborating with recruitment companies, leading recruitment projects, ensuring the proper onboarding of the new hires, skill development where needed.
    • Part of the HR budgeting process – issue budget proposals (manpower, training, recruitment, etc.) for own line of business.
    • Lead HR integration of the new businesses – processes, organization design, recruitment, HR systems integration.
    • Process improvement and process implementation – align the processes in the company with the Group processes, propose new improved processes, work with the global HR team to improve existing processes.
    • Contribute to a strong Health & Safety culture, supporting the H&S initiatives of the business area and of the Group.
