Cerinte

• 5 yrs + experience with the following:
• Automated device enrollment (MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android) with Microsoft Intune and Jamf
• Administration Azure Platform Basics (AAD, Exchange Online, Conditional Access, Intune, Server, etc.)
• Administration O365 Platform (Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Stream, PowerApps etc.)
• Administration, Server (Windows, Linux), Clients (Windows & Mac) & Smartphones (Android, iOS)
• Administration D365 Platform & related sub platforms
• Mainly responsible for the network in all subsidiaries globally (Stores, Offices etc.) Access Management, SDWAN, VPN etc.
• Support printer infrastructure (Local & Network)

Responsabilitati

Ownership of your technical areas and associated application services regarding situation assessments, short and mid-term improvement plans and implementation with excellence.
• Collaborate closely with your internal IT colleagues: Work with strategic IT service providers and govern their services.
• Day to day management of 3rd party suppliers, owning product backlog.
• Monitoring of services on premise as well as on Azure cloud, support in the administration.
• Database management, optimization
• Communicate directly with end users in English or German to resolve requests as second level support.
• Creation of documentation such as system documentation, user manuals, knowledge base articles.
• Knowledge of digital transformation services
