    General information:

    We are seeking an experienced System Engineer specializing in Engine Management Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining these systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and state-of-the-art innovation.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    Design and Development:

    • Develop advanced control systems for engine management, focusing on optimizing power, fuel efficiency, and emissions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and define specifications.
    • Integrate engine controls with other subsystems to ensure seamless operation.

    Implementation and Maintenance:

    • Lead the installation and configuration of engine management systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance and diagnostic assessments to maintain system integrity.
    • Implement software updates and hardware upgrades to enhance system capabilities.

    Testing and Validation:

    • Create comprehensive testing protocols to ensure systems meet functional and compliance standards.
    • Conduct real-world car testing to evaluate system performance in various driving conditions and environments.
    • Analyze test data from car tests and refine system designs as necessary to optimize performance.
    • Document all testing procedures and outcomes for ongoing improvement and reference.

    Technical Support:

    • Provide expert technical support and training to operational teams and clients.
    • Serve as the primary advisor on complex technical issues related to engine management systems.
    • Develop user manuals and training resources for system users.

    Research and Development:

    • Stay current with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices in engine management.
    • Conduct research to explore innovative solutions and optimization strategies for existing systems.

    Your Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system engineering focusing on engine management systems.
    • Deep understanding of engine dynamics and control systems integration.
    • Proficiency in relevant software tools and programming languages, such as MATLAB, Python.
    • Experience with Polarion requirements tool for managing and tracking system specifications.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Understanding of industry standards and compliance regulations.
    • Experience with advanced engine technologies and emissions reduction solutions.
    • Knowledge of automotive systems and emerging technologies in engine management.
    • Open to potential travel to project sites or client locations, including test tracks for car testing.
