The Requirements Manager plays a vital role in guiding projects from conception to execution by defining, managing, and documenting requirements that meet business needs. This position involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. The Requirements Manager facilitates communication between technical teams and business units to ensure requirements are thoroughly understood, achievable, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in requirements management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Business Analysis or Requirements Management (e.g., CBAP, CPRE).
• Knowledge of software development practices and lifecycle.
