Order and Procurement Specialist

• Monitoring the stock levels and coverage of raw materials, to achieve the targeted inventory levels;
• Translate requirement specifications into procurement requests and orders to the relevant suppliers;
• Ensure on OTIF (On Time- In Full) on material requirements necessary for production, in order to ensure 100% supply to customers;
• Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines from the suppliers according to orders, delivery terms and packaging requirements. Initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability from suppliers in optimum time;
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system , in order to guarantee the data quality needed in the ERP processes;
• Track the ordering and delivery process of suppliers in order if necessary to take corrective measures in good time and be able to provide suitable Information.

• University degree - technical / economics;
• 3+ years of relevant work experience;
• Previous experience in multinational companies;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Advanced MS Office Package knowledge (SAP is an advantage).
