    Cerinte

    Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (similar industry- advantage);
    English at an advanced level (Bulgarian- advantage);
    University degree (technical, economic or marketing);
    Good communication and presentation skills to deliver technical and marketing information.

    Responsabilitati

    Defining and managing the product portfolio for the Romanian and Bulgarian markets, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals and market needs;
    Developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure effective market entry, adoption, and growth for each product in the region;
    Integrating local market trends and consumer needs into the overall business strategy;
    Leading efforts to drive the Business Unit’s turnover growth by implementing targeted strategies to expand market share and meet profitability objectives;
    Monitoring and analyzing market performance to identify areas for improvement and optimizing product offerings to meet financial targets within the respective Sales Area;
    Collaborating closely with the Business Unit leadership to ensure local market perspectives are effectively incorporated into the strategic planning and decision-making process;
    Providing data-driven insights that inform product development and positioning strategies that resonate with the Romanian and Bulgarian markets.
