Export Administration INTERNSHIP

What will you do?

The Export Administration Intern will offer support in administration and monitoring of export orders. He/she will:

• act as the interface between external customers and internal factory departments and ensure compliance with all legal and operational conditions for the execution of export orders
• monitor the flow of documents and organize the transport activities related to exports

Who are we looking for?

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably in Economics or related field);
• Available to work (full time, on site) starting with April 1 until September 30;
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Motivation to learn and grow as professional in supply chain
• MS Office (Excel basic/intermediate level)
• English language

Commitment:
Full time program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
