Cerinte

- Completed studies with a Bachelor's degree in Law;
- At least 6 years of experience in the legal field with a focus on Real Estate law;
- Advanced level of English language.

Responsabilitati

- Drafting and reviewing sales-purchase contracts, lease agreements, construction contracts, and other relevant legal documents.
- Corporate filings and other regulatory filings (e.g. FDI, merger clearance).
- Participation in M&A projects.
- Project financing.
- Conducting legal research on property status, ownership rights, urban regulations, and other relevant matters.
- Assisting in the process of obtaining building permits, approvals, and other necessary authorizations for real estate projects.
- Communicating with local authorities to clarify the status of properties and obtain the necessary documents.
- Participating in discussions and preparing legal arguments in case of property-related disputes.
- Providing internal legal advice and support to the legal team and other departments regarding real estate matters.
- Maintaining an organized archive of documents and relevant correspondence.
