We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual currently pursuing a Master's degree or a recent graduate in business administration, economics, or a related field. International exposure is a plus. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel skills, strong communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. They are a team player, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Power BI is a significant advantage.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
• Promotions Management: Understanding of promotional mechanics and their impact on sales.

A Day in the Life

As a Business Analyst Intern at L'Oréal Romania within the LDB division, reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team driving strategic decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in analyzing market trends, supporting business planning, and contributing to the overall success of our brands in the Romanian market. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills while contributing to the growth of a leading beauty company. You will be directly involved in key projects, developing your analytical and communication skills, and contributing to the overall success of the LDB division in Romania.

• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Collect and analyze sell-in/sell-out data, prepare reports for business needs, and develop data visualizations (using Power BI where applicable) to communicate key findings and support data-driven decision-making. This includes analyzing promotional campaign effectiveness and contributing to accurate forecasting and planning.
• Operational Support & Project Management: Support the preparation of promotional files and credit notes, manage product launch adjustments in the commercial tool, maintain accurate assortment files for clients, and update the Key Account Management database. You will also participate in new projects as needed, assisting the project manager.
• Retailer Collaboration & Information Management: Prepare launch listing sheets for new products and input accurate product information into retailer platforms, ensuring compliance with retailer requirements.
