    Requirements

    Higher degree in IT, Management, or related fields.
    Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
    Relevant working experience (minimum 3 years) as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
    Ability to lead and facilitate meetings & workshops.
    Team player, able to handle working in a high paced environment
    Excellent written and spoken English. French or German is an advantage
    Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to understand and meet needs from different stakeholders (IT, Business).
    Ability to work in a complex, multi-site, multi-technology, and multi-language environment.
    Experience in working with remote teams
    Knowledge of the payments and card management business and related technologies is advantageous.
    Ability to work collaboratively & simultaneously with several cross-functional teams, comfortable with multi-tasking.
    Ability to coordinate transversal topics with management, outside of the squad
    Knowledge of Agile management tools (tools for Resources planning, documentation, Jira ...)
    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.), ensuring the squads can consistently work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
    Collaborate closely with the squad members (developers, Product Owners, Testers) so the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
    Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to the team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
    Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress. Follow-up the topics identified both in & outside of the squads’ perimeter.
    Be proactive in identifying risks to the squad’s progress and resourceful in finding solutions to them.
    Make sure that the squads can deliver predictably & help PO in planning sprints efficiently
    Document team decisions, create transparency of the team’s workflows and processes, make sure they are documented and followed.
    Enable the squads to collaborate effectively with other squads and tribe members
    Be able to work with several squads in parallel
    Help the team be well organized for trouble shooting and resolving productive issues
