Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:
• Manage the full AR process, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
2. Tax Compliance & Reporting:
• Prepare and submit accurate tax returns, including VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Assist with tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and assessments.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.
4. Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR and tax processes and implement best practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accounting processes.
Responsabilitati
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable and tax accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
