Main Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reporting for Compensation and Benefits costs.
Financial Analysis: Perform initial analysis of financial reports to identify and explain variances for actuals and forecasts, (various scenarios as MTD, YTD, YTG, AOP, FY) at all levels in the organization.
Reporting Preparation: Prepare standard reporting packages for country or regional management review.
Budget Management: Calculate and load the Compensation and Benefits budget on a monthly basis for EMEA entities.

Responsabilitati

To Join Our Team You Will Need

Knowledge of FP&A - previous experience in a role providing numerical analysis and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to work accurately with high volumes of financial data.
Analytical skills and business acumen
Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) would be a benefit, but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in the field of finance or business management (Accounting professional accreditation - nice to have)
