Main Responsibilities

Lead a team of analysts

Responsibility for performance management and development of a team;
Proactive monitoring of quality of work to address issues before customers are impacted;
Coaching the team to continuously strive for improved performance.

Responsabilitati

Financial Reporting and Forecasting

Review first level analysis of financial reporting to identify and explain reasons behind variances to forecast, plan or previous performance;
Review creation of forecast scenarios and forecast reports to document assumptions, surplus/gaps to target.
Providing support to identify and explain reasons behind variances to various comparative scenarios at all levels in the organization (EMEA, Functions, Business Unit, Country).
Active involvement in designing and maintaining standardized reports to support decision making of business leaders.
Ad-hoc reports by country/function to include analysis by cost center and cost element.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and share best practices.
Implements future changes in processes and system, supporting the testing coordinator to fully test the solution and train business users

Process Improvements - Standardisation

Identification and implementation of opportunities for automation and process standardization;
Participate actively in transforming finance processes in line with business objectives.
Install a culture of sharing best practice and continuous improvement.

Ad-hoc requests

Act as business partner and ensure collaboration across different departments, hubs and regional teams;
Knowledge & Skills

Previous experience working with SAP, EDW (Cognos) would be a benefit
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with high volumes of financial data accurately.
Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to optimise workflows and drive efficiency
Ability to work as part of a remote team.
Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate queries.
Fluent spoken and written English. Other language skills may be a further benefit.
