-Good English skills.
-Detail oriented. Available to work afternoon and night shifts.
-Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training. -Communication and negotiation skills.

Schedule: Monday- Sunday ( in shifts of 8 hours between 4 PM- 3:00 AM)
Salary: 5000 lei Net

Responsibilities

-Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
-Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
-Communicating with customers through various channels.
-Keeping record of customer interactions comments and complaints.
