    Employer Brand - Early Careers

    Role Overview

    The Employer Brand - Early Careers, is a key member of the Early Careers Team, taking accountability for establishing the LSEG brand to students by development and deployment of the campus, digital brand and marketing collateral. Reporting to Early Careers Lead, this role will be based in Sri Lanka or Bucharest

    As the Employer Brand - Early Careers, you will play a crucial role for driving the strategic direction and execution of our global attraction activities. Additionally, you will identify attraction channels, implement innovative campaigns to strengthen our employer brand profile; while collaborating with our recruiters in driving the attraction strategy.

    Key responsibilities

    Lead on the development of effective employment brand positioning tools/ channels & activate to source our target early careers talent. Setting and monitoring objectives to measure campaign success.

    Own the conversation and deployment to ensure the brand is activated via the recruiters, ensuring partnership, and key stakeholders are aligned with campaign metrics.

    Develop university on and off campus campaigns and partner with internal and external stakeholders to support the organisation and execution of early careers marketing events (including in office events).

    Proactively manage and sustain our brand profile externally in key markets to ensure we are, and continue to be, an attractive employer to target early careers talent.

    Build targeted early careers campaigns which are aligned to the overarching EVP yet speak directly to the local talent required in country and by discipline.

    Create 'on-brand' candidate-facing communications, collateral, social media and interactive content which convey our LSEG culture and employee experience.

    Supports the groups Diversity & Inclusion focus through developing and implementing approaches to attract and engage diverse early careers talent.

    Understand LSEG early careers needs to create bespoke value propositions to ensure an 'always on' approach to brand attraction and channel management.

    Undertake employer brand research to better understand how LSEG is perceived in different countries by different target early careers talent and use this insight to ensure we are upper quartile in our priority markets.

    Make data-driven recommendations on targeting talent through various attraction channels.

    Experience and Knowledge

    Extensive knowledge of managing brand/campus led activities in one or more regions EMEA, USA or APAC. Ideally with universities/ education institutions in the early careers space

    Experience of developing EVPs crafted to attract early careers talent globally.

    Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or SEM (Search Engine Marketing), algorithms and Google Analytics.
