Requirements
The Sales Director will be instrumental in propelling sales initiatives forward, amplifying our market presence, and aligning our offerings with the evolving demands of our clientele.
This role offers a full-time position headquartered in Oradea, with periodic travel commitments.
Candidate Profile
Extensive Sales Experience: At least 8 years of senior-level sales experience with a demonstrable history of reaching and exceeding targets.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field.
Strategic Acumen: Proven expertise in formulating and implementing sales strategies that drive business achievement.
Leadership Excellence: Superb leadership skills with experience in developing and motivating successful sales teams.
