    Requirements

    Profile Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree needed;
    - 2 to 3 years of experience working in public procurement sector (nice to have);
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
    - Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1), both in writing and speaking;
    - Proficient experience with common IT packages such as MS Office (Excel, Word), MS Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams;
    - Focused on precision and attention to detail, with strong analytical skills that enable the collection, organization, analysis, and distribution of information;
    - Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and a strong orientation towards solving problems;
    - Ability to work with high responsiveness, both in a team environment and independently;
    - Team player with a strong customer service orientation.

    Responsibilities

    What we expect from you:

    - Act as point of contact for Public Tender activities in France;
    - Daily, receive emails from external providers detailing new tenders published and distribute them to the appropriate teams;
    - Upon request, download the tender documents from various platforms and forward them to the teams;
    - Review tender documents and compile the necessary paperwork, both for internal use and for potential partners/sub-contractors;
    - Collect and organize other critical tender documents (such as Administrative/financial records, CVs, references, etc.) according to the specifications of the tender;
    - Handle notifications for tenders where documents have been downloaded;
    - Ensure the tender documents are fully complete and accurate, and that all required paperwork has been signed off, prior to their upload onto the specified platform;
    - Upload the final tender documentation on the dedicated platforms, while respecting the deadline;
    - Save the proof of the submitted offers and send it to the project teams;
    - Informs the project teams about the new requests/results;
    - Monitors tenders/offers in a centralized Excel file;
    - Log opportunities/contracts in the CRM and keep the database updated, as needed;
    - Assist in the preparation of the weekly pipeline report, including CRM export, attend the project team call and prepare the meeting minutes;
    - Work closely with the French team to understand and meet client requirements and deadlines.
