    Requirements

    -Great English Skills.
    -Available to work afternoon and night shift.
    -Medium tech skills.

    Schedule: Monday-Sunday 15:30-03:30 (in shifts of 8 hours)

    Responsibilities

    -Agents receive calls from stores and onsite technicians.
    -Agents will also perform various checks and try to resolve issues remotely.
    -Agents need to keep all incidents updated in a timely manner, inform customers of their status when needed via tickets or phone, escalate issues as need might be.
