We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent command of English and Romanian (Spanish is a plus).

• Create specific campaigns to boost our referral program. 
• Ensure timely communication, tracking, and response to every employee referral and the referrer. 
• Accurately and promptly enter referral data into our recruiting tools. 
• Promote our open positions internally in Operational areas, being present on the floor when needed. 
• Develop creative strategies through events, tools, and communication channels to increase referral talent and pipelines. 
• Interact with new joiners during Induction sessions to present the referral program. 
• Take ownership of the upcoming referral tool, handling password resets, email updates, and maintenance as needed. 
• Source, screen, evaluate, and select potential candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to find the best candidates.

• Be creative and persistent: attract new candidates to meet client requirements.
