    Requirements

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
    • Proficiency in Romanian and English.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
    • Support the Communications, Outreach, and Operations Manager with scheduling and correspondence.
    • Help organize events, workshops, and meetings.
    • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
    • Perform data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.
