Responsibilities

The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic Tech projects.
Edenred Mobility is launching a digital transformation program to overhaul the experience of fleet managers, drivers and merchants. As part of this initiative, Edenred mobility is looking for a Data Analyst.



Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

As part of Summit program Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role by leveraging your expertise in data analysis to derive actionable insights and support product decision-making processes.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide strategic guidance on data-driven initiatives. Your role requires experience in creating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to support the program's objectives.



Collaborate with product, tech and business stakeholders to capture and define data requirements, frame tracking tactics, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment with program goals.



Create visualization analytics dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.



Conduct product usage and product strategy data analysis for all Edenred Mobility customers (Fleet Managers, Merchants, Drivers) to identify trends, patterns and correlations and eventually support Summit product roadmap design.



Provide guidance and support to Summit program's team members, fostering a culture of data centricity, continuous learning and professional development.



Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.





Required skills & profile

Experience

+3 years work experience in a similar data analyst function in an innovative company (start-up, scale-up, or any tech-driven company) preferably in large scale program
Education: Master or Bacherlor degree

Demonstrating:

Ability to manipulate very large data sets, and analyze them
Proficient in database querying
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a dynamic team environment.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions.



Languages required: excellent English, German is a plus, as any other European language.
