Requirements

We are looking for:

Students in their final or semi-final year of Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Master’s degree, with a passion for Finance 🎓
Evidence of passion, leadership, and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities 🌟
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 🔍
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken ✍️

In Finance & Accounting (F&A), we have a big agenda that spans across our entire business. As part of the finance team, you play a pivotal role in guiding the success of our global brands. From managing the profitability of our brands to being a key financial leader at one of our manufacturing operations, your impact will be felt across the company.

Your role as an intern in F&A:

Analyzing major competitors to refine business strategies for our products 📊
Working on new product launches/initiatives, co-assessing financial impacts with brand management and sales teams 📈
Exploring business opportunities within new channels (E-commerce, Discounters) 🌐
Improving cost competitiveness for our manufacturing activities 🏭

💰 Your compensation during this opportunity will be 7 600 RON gross per month.

Our competitive compensation package includes on top prorated annual and vacation bonus.
