PMO Agile Methodology

As a Product Management PMO specialist, you will support different internal processes and methodology development and organization, implementation, content creation, communication and events planning.

In this role, you will be supporting the introduction of Agile methodology in the Product Management organization, you are helping the overall implementation and optimization of a complex strategic program that strives to create a sustainable and innovative solution for the energy transition. Leading and aligning global and cross-functional project teams which cover all aspects of the product lifecycle, from design and engineering to manufacturing and marketing. You will also communicate and collaborate with key collaborators as well as external and internal partners. You will apply your excellent communication skills to support the successful delivery of the program within the defined scope, time, quality, and budget.

• Provide comprehensive support for the implementation and improvement of the Business Agility @ PRM program
• Assist the program lead and the team with everyday tasks, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. Supervise progress on deliverables, help maintain implementation schedules, and proactively identify and communicate potential risks.
• Conduct research to obtain relevant data from appropriate sources; compile findings and maintain the program's SharePoint with up-to-date information.
• Assist with the analysis of data related to program budgets, risks, and resource allocation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Providing status reports, presentations including content development and time scheduling including ad-hoc requests.
• Supervising the development of the program and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Accurately documenting the program's definition and scope, development, and execution as well as budget, and target adherence.
• Prepare and moderate meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication of status, risks and issues, and support decision making.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a related support function, such as but not limited to: consulting, audit, program management, project management or others;
• Ability to empower and drive team members and other parties to meet deadlines.
• Cultural awareness and know-how to navigate and steer in diverse environments/countries to achieve project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, also in english.
• Proven organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. (.ppt, .xls, .doc)
• You have experience in business, economics, engineering, science, etc.
