    Requirements

    We are looking for a highly experienced Project Management Officer to join our dynamic team. This execution-oriented role demands a professional with outstanding leadership and organizational skills to manage and oversee the efficient operation of all our European entities and offices while ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both general management and project management, guaranteeing that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    Project Delivery Management: Oversee the project management function, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality assurance across all projects.

    Resource Optimization: Partner with department heads to coordinate activities, streamline workflows, and enhance cross-departmental communication.

    Strategic Office Management: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to boost productivity and optimize resource utilization.

    Cost Efficiency: Analyze project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

    Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by applying best practices in project management and promoting innovation.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Category Leaders to define clear objectives, set deliverables, and establish realistic deadlines.

    Project Performance Oversight: Continuously monitor project performance, providing reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

    Daily Office Operations Management: Supervise and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of daily office operations.

    Reporting & Corporate Alignment: Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

    Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects fully comply with industry regulations and company policies.

    Governance & Risk Management: Establish governance frameworks to manage project risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

    Automation & Compliance Integration: Develop and implement automation solutions driven by compliance requirements.

    Audit Preparedness: Lead efforts to ensure all transformational projects are audit-ready and meet legal and regulatory standards.
