Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (and / or qualified accountant) and master's degree in this field is preferred
Microsoft Office
Previous work experience of over 4 years in the Finance field, planning and analysis is preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Quality and accuracy oriented
Previous work experience in SAP is a plus
Responsabilitati
The person holding the role of Senior Holding Accountant is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of 6 entities.
He/she manages the monthly journal entry booking, tax calculations and reporting exercises for all entities according to internal task allocation and contributes to continuous improvement of the entities' accounting and reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
• Accounting and reporting - complete, timely and accurate recording of transactions and journal entries in the SAP ECC financial system, based on the Manual Journal Entry central procedure
• IFRS reporting and required internal reporting - Global financial reporting in SAP BPC, based on the Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM)
• Fixed assets management, depreciation calculation and posting
• Preparing and supporting monthly department expenses overviews for all central entity departments
• Various activities within companies - calculation and recharging of expenses, taxes, accruals or provisions and payroll, reporting queries
• Support in providing ESG reporting insights and relevant data
• Timely calculation and reporting of corporate taxes according to reporting calendar timelines
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports for the Accounting Manager and other stakeholders.
• Providing support in case of internal and external audit.
• Providing support in the annual budget and forecasting exercises to internal stakeholders
