Cerinte
• University degree in economics or a related field
• Experience in the financial-accounting field (experience in an accounting firm or a company operating in the real estate sector is a plus)
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of English
• Strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Responsibility, promptness, and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience using Navision or SAP accounting software is an advantage
Responsabilitati
• Ensuring accounting records up to the trial balance/balance sheet level under the direct supervision of the hierarchical superior
• Recording all financial and economic transactions in the accounting system
• Preparing financial statements and tax returns to be submitted to the Tax Administration and Local Tax Authorities (VAT returns, tax obligations to the state and social security budgets, etc.) under the direct coordination of the hierarchical superior
• Ensuring that taxes due to the state budget are included in the approval chain for payment
• Preparing various financial and accounting reports requested by the direct supervisor or other company departments
• Other responsibilities as outlined in the job description
