Cerinte

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analysing results, trends, building reports, coordinate finance projects implementation;
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel is mandatory, Power Point is a plus);
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
• English language skills – fluent.

Responsabilitati

• Project Management: Conducts simulations across various operational areas and analyses the financial impact of strategic business projects. Supports and monitors most of the Finance projects. Provides the CFO with a centralized reporting system for project implementation: templates, procedures, dashboards. Ensures centralized reporting of project stages and milestones, suggesting corrective actions when needed. Proposes resource allocation for Finance projects. Assesses and resolves interdependencies between projects to ensure successful implementation.
• Analysis and Optimization: Identify and analyse opportunities for improving financial and operational performance. Propose and implement cost optimization and efficiency enhancement solutions, working closely with IT department.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports and analyse financial results compared to budgets and forecasts (Monthly OPEX deviations analyses).
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring all departments are involved and forecasts are accurate.
• Business Partner: Collaborate closely with Commercial & Marketing stream to understand and support business objectives. Provide support and consultancy for strategic decision-making.
