We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shop Worker to join our team. You will assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, organized stock, and a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and stockroom.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are well-presented.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and managing inventory.
• Monitor and report low stock levels or product issues.
• Follow all safety and security guidelines.
• Support promotional activities and displays.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or shifts as needed.
