Job Description

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales teams with data-driven insights? We're searching for a motivated Junior Sales Analyst ready to make a difference.

• Actively supports the sales team by providing dashboards and ad-hoc reports to guide and enhance sales force performance;
• Delivers actionable insights on sales force performance and drives key initiatives to improve results;
• Coordinates the target-setting process for individual sales agents to ensure alignment with business goals;
• Develops analytical frameworks for accurate territory sizing, optimizing the sales force's coverage and efficiency;
• Serves as a liaison with colleagues across other functions (local and international) to enhance and streamline sales tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to synthesize data into clear and actionable reports;
• Proficient in Excel and SQL;
• Strong critical thinking skills to distill and interpret complex data effectively;
• Team player mindset;
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn;
• Passion for the food industry.
