Key responsibilities:

• Assisting to the project;
• Preparation of tender documentation;
• Assisting on negotiations with clients and general contractors;
• Sanction of technical questions;
• Negotiating with suppliers;
• Selection of building materials;
• Control of terms of delivery;
• Calculation of amounts of works;
• Preparation periodic reports on expenses weekly reports/ minutes from meeting
