Responsibilities
- conducting HSE training for the two Prysmian locations;
- managing workers' health surveillance activities within Prysmian;
- managing first-aid activities within Prysmian;
- forwarding and managing the necessary addresses within the HSE department to the Authority;
- Hazard identification and risk assessment for each component of the work system, i.e. performer, work task, means of work/work equipment and work environment on the job/work stations;
- Identification and assessment of environmental aspects and environmental impacts;
- drawing up and updating the prevention and protection plan;
- verifying that all workers are aware of and apply the measures set out in the prevention and protection plan, as well as their duties and responsibilities in the field of the environment, occupational safety and health and emergencies, as set out in their job description;
- drawing up the necessary technical documentation to inform and train workers in the field of the environment, health and safety at work and in emergencies;
- Establishing the areas that require occupational safety and health signage, determining the type of signage required and its location according to the provisions of H.G. 971/2006 on the minimum requirements for safety and/or health signage at work;
- record of the trades and professions provided for by the specific legislation, for which it is necessary to authorize their exercise;
- records of workstations requiring additional medical examinations;
- records of jobs which, on the recommendation of the occupational physician, require aptitude testing and/or periodic psychological check-ups;
- monitoring the functioning of protective systems and devices, measuring and control apparatus, and ventilation or other installations for the control of noxious fumes in the working environment;
