    Requirements

    What typically gives a good starting point for a Data Management Specialist?

    - You are eager to work with customers and provide support for data-related requests
    - Independent working style and taking ownership of what you do
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to prioritize your work effectively
    - Experience with SQL – you can follow scripts and understand what they do as well as create simple queries
    - Ability to get quickly up-to-speed with new software and technologies
    - Great communication skills – you are at ease with managing stakeholder communication
    - Fluency in English. Other language skills are highly appreciated


    Bonus that will make your learning curve smoother

    - Basic understanding of data visualization tools is an advantage
    - Understanding of Procurement/Finance

    Responsibilities

    As a Data Management Specialist, you would:

    - Make sense out of vast amounts of our clients’ spend data across suppliers and a variety of categories
    - Deliver high-quality spend classification and supplier consolidation service for our clients
    - Consistently manage customer requests via our ticketing software while offering top-notch customer service
    - Take the initiative to solve possible data-related problems on your own or by cooperating with your teammates, software development teams and/or directly with clients
    - Actively communicate with our clients by e-mail and occasionally participate in client meetings
    - Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to prioritize your tasks based on client needs
    - Take part in the continuous development of our software to increase the speed and quality of handling and classifying spend data
    - Have the courage to question things and to speak up: we believe development comes from challenging the status quo

    This is a full-time, entry-level, position that provides a great starting point for your career in Sievo. The salary for this position ranges from 5000 to 5500 RON/net per month.
